Wonderful experience every single time! Mrs. Jan knew exactly what we wanted for my sisters funeral before we could even describe it!

Jan helped us pick flowers for a wedding and she was helpful and friendly. She did not push any extra purchases on us, but did make sure we had all the flowers we needed for everyone. As a self-identified "indecisive" group, she helped us along the process and we left feeling like the right decisions were made.

I used Fallo VanOs for the flowers at my wedding. They were super easy to work with during the entire process. Jan understood our vision and the execution was great.

The pictures show what the arrangement looked like when I received it. Didn't show no love. Then I rearrange the flowers and now you can see all the flowers and fillers. The second pic was my change the first one was when I received the arrangement.

Kudos to this wonderful florist, the only one willing to do this cross arrangement on Friday for Saturday funeral of a good friend who passed suddenly. Even in the midst of bridal season, they promised it would be beautiful and on time and it was. Thank you your beautiful work , kindness and understanding
